Is BYOK really free forever?
Yes. Bring your own Anthropic / OpenAI / Gemini key and use Hypex with no subscription, no time limit.
What does "no markup" mean?
Your monthly fee buys credits at face value (1:1 against the upstream provider price). We only charge a small overage % once you exceed your bundle.
Will I get surprise bills?
No. Every paid plan has a hard cap. Once you hit it, requests pause until you raise the cap or wait for renewal.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect next cycle.
Annual discount?
Yes — 20% off when billed annually.
Refunds?
Full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you have not used >$5 of credits.
