What does “Hybride C” pricing mean?
$15 credits/mo are at face-value Anthropic cost (zero markup) until your monthly cap. Above your cap, we charge Anthropic cost +15% only. Hard cap is user-controlled. No surprise bills.
Do I need an account to use Hypex?
No. BYOK works fully offline. Accounts are needed for Hypex Managed (no-key Claude) and cloud sync.
Is Ollama really unlimited?
Yes. Local models never hit our limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from /account. 14-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions. Topups and Lifetime are non-refundable once consumed/activated.
What happens to a Founding lock if I cancel?
Lock is preserved if you re-subscribe within 30 days. After 30 days continuous gap, the lock is released and resub is at the standard public price.
Does Hypex see my code?
No. BYOK requests go direct from your machine to your provider. Hypex Managed proxies through us but stores nothing beyond the request needed for billing.
