By downloading or using Hypex, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
Hypex is distributed under the MIT license for its open-source core. Paid features are licensed to you for personal or internal business use.
3. Third-party providers
When you connect an AI provider via BYOK, your use of that provider is governed by that provider's own Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for compliance with those terms and for any API costs incurred.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hypex to develop malware targeting identified victims, material that sexually exploits minors, weapons systems, or to commit financial fraud against identified individuals. You are responsible for the content you generate and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. No warranty
Hypex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.
